Dearborn Welcomes Its First P.F. Chang's China Bistro

2008 NOV 24 - (VerticalNews.com) -- On November 17th, P.F. Chang's will open its doors to the Dearborn community, offering upscale dining with dishes and flavors inspired by China. The new 7,400 square foot restaurant features ten-foot Ming Horses and a panoramic, hand-painted mural depicting ancient China.

While the stylish decor provides an inviting backdrop, the cuisine is the main attraction. P.F. Chang's serves traditional Chinese offerings and innovative dishes that illustrate the emerging influence of Southeast Asia on modern Chinese fare. Dishes are made to order using the freshest and highest quality ingredients. The menu features a tantalizing array of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees, noodles, meins, rice, vegetables and desserts, priced between $7.50 and $22.00. The latest addition is The Grill Menu, a selection of items prepared using traditional Chinese grilling techniques. The special dishes include Lemongrass Prawns with Garlic Noodles, Asian Marinated New York Strip and Citrus Soy Salmon.

P.F. Chang's features a handpicked selection of wines by the glass or bottle. With over 45 wines by the glass, an extensive signature drink menu and freshly brewed loose-leaf teas, there is always a perfect pairing to any meal.

P.F. Chang's is located at 18900 Michigan Avenue in the Fairlane Town Center. The restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Reservations are accepted by calling (313) 429-2030, and walk-in guests are also welcome. The restaurant seats 200 guests, with additional space for patrons at the bar or patio.
